Away from his tuition work when performing live Chris Quinn delivers a genre bending set covering everything that sits within the "roots music" category;
Original songs with phenomenal guitar work and polished vocals, bluegrass flatpicking (honed from numerous USA tours), mean delta blues, beautiful and authentic Celtic ballads, intricate DADGAD workouts, hot jazz swing guitar, ragtime and much more. His shows are delivered with humour, musical explanations and uplifting stories about his time on the road.
When not playing solo Chris is often seen performing alongside many of the planet's most revered guitarists including Robin Nolan, Clive Carroll, John Doyle and Paulus Schäfer.
Not to mention during the summer of 2021, if the pandemic allows, he's set to perform concerts with two of the world's most celebrated gypsy jazz guitarists, Stochelo Rosenberg and his younger cousin Jimmy Rosenberg.
